| So I had this huge raving review of Brandon Ray written out when I realized that no one would read the entire 3,000 word review, so I had to trim it down to this. Honesty & Integrity: He didn't even show us two of his own properties, because he knew issues would arise that we would eventually regret our purchase. Responsiveness: My wife doesn't reply to my e-mails or texts as quickly as Brandon does. Local knowledge: He knows a lot about Summerville and it's surrounding areas, but also gave us what seemed to be good advice in areas from Adams Run up to St. Stephen, from Walterboro to Awendaw! Negotiation: He found what we wanted for a good price so the necessity for negotiation was minimal. Process Expertise: He was always a step ahead of us. Whenever I asked about something, he already had the answer and was working on it. I have already recommended him and will do so again. |

| Mr. Ray worked with me long distance from SC to Virginia and was able to help our family find our beautiful home after making only 2 trips to tour houses for sale. He was very upfront and honest about our expectations regarding location, price, and details of the home we were looking for. He has kept in touch even after our closing & offered to help in any way possible. |

| Brandon was very helpful with the process of selling our home. He advised us as to what we needed to do to get the home sold, such as decluttering, making any necessary repairs. He kept us motivated through the whole process. He was always very professional and available when ever we called or emailed him. I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends |
