I was born and raised in Flagstaff AZ. Made my way out of the snow to the Valley of the SUN for school. I eventually became a Radiographer in Scottsdale. I quickly realized I did not like being stuck inside a hospital all day and began the study of Real Estate. I will always be thankful for my time working at the hospital because that is where I met my amazing wife, Tia. If you ever meet us out you will wonder how I ever got so lucky.   Every time I look at her I wonder the same thing. We have been happily married now for 8 years with two children, a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. When we are not at work you will find us hanging out with friends at one of the local lakes in the summer, our favorite is Lake Powell, or in the winter months we spend our free time riding the dunes in Glamis, CA.

In 2001 as my real estate business really began to pick up in Fountain Hills, AZ I realized to take my business to the next level I needed to organize and systemize my business.  I got advice from the old pro's in the office and began to compare the business management systems that were available.  The more I looked, the more disappointed I became.  I was looking for something that was internet based, easy to use, and inexpensive. There just wasn't anything that met my simple criteria. 

While at Cardinals football game with my best friend Mike Becker, who was a programmer specializing in new technology development for children's web sites at the time, I explained my problem. We started brainstorming and within a few weeks I was organizing my clients in our new system.  It didn't take long before many of the agents in my office were asking to use our system.  That was when we realized we may have something that could help real estate professionals everywhere.

Mike and I decided that if we were going to do it we wanted to do it right.  We wanted to build something that we would always be proud of. We wanted to help others, surround ourselves with positive people, and HAVE FUN.

Today The Wise Agent has become an amazing system because of the incredible high quality team we have working on it daily.  As Steve Jobs once said, "If you weren't great you wouldn't be working here".
