Get to Know Bernie Rauwerda
I came into real estate in July of 2002. My background is in manufacturing. I am a journeyman Tool and Die Maker and Journeyman Pattern Maker. I enjoyed my trade but with the decline in manufacturing in the Southeastern Wisconsin area I found myself needing a new career. I am a Christian and believe that the Lord led me to this new career to help people through the process of buying and selling homes. I have met so many wonderfull people and made many new friends through the contacts I have made in the last five years.I am a full time Real Estate Professional. I have been a member of the million dollar club all five years, member of the Executive club for two years maintaining sales in excess of four million per year, and National Sales Award Recipient. I work closely with relocation clients and am a certified Relocation Specialist. I also have my Real Estate Brokers license and am an Accredited Buyers Representative.
