I work for a firm that is very sufficent and that helps oridinary people invest in real estate. I am a very originized person and will work very close with our clients through out their process in investing real estate. I have 13 1/2 year in real estate and I love what I do.
I work with first time home buyers and also people that are investors looking to invest in multi real estate. I prepare applications and loan request and work with all types Lenders to start the process. I also continue to work with our investors and first time home buyers from the beginning and through the end of the loan. I follow up with our clients to keep them inform of the rehab process and how things are looking. I find this very interesting because not all rehabs are the same. Everything house is unique in its on way and it is very pleasuring to see the outcome.
