The Regan Team is composed of Brenda and Don Regan, husband and wife team.  We are both professionals from the corporate world - Don being an electrical engineer and IT major having worked for engineering firms, TVA, and helped build The Rocky Mountain Power Plant in Armuchee, Ga.  His wisdom of construction and IT fields have helped energize our team and brings a level of professionalism for any buyer. 

Brenda is a CPA, licensed in Georgia and Texas for 25 years.  She has worked in many managerial positions including corporate controller for industrial distributor, Siemens Energy & Automation, and The Evercare Company. She understands the importance of investments and value on properties.  Together they break out in analytical spreadsheets to analyze all angles of a transaction.

We also love the challenge of negotiation and helping find a buyer for every seller. We prepare monthly marketing stats for the North Georgia area to gain a better understanding of where we're headed and how we can help explain what's going on in the real estate market.
