About: Brian Kile – REALTOR, Sales Manager, Real Estate Coach, e-PRO, SFR

Past:

Having grown up in retail in my parent’s business, Kile’s Ace Hardware, and studying business at the University of Central Florida, I was eager to put my entrepreneurial skills to the test and start a real estate career.  I became a licensed REALTOR® in April of 2005, and spent my first year as an apprentice and assistance to my Broker’s real estate team at RE/MAX, gaining copious amounts of knowledge in a short time.

I went out on my own in 2006 and quickly teamed up with another agent, and shortly after I was successfully running a three person team.  We became students of the Craig Proctor Coaching Program, a year commitment of conventions, tons of information, and a personal coach to hold us accountable to our commitments and goals.  At this time I started working on Broker Price Opinions and learning about the Foreclosure / REO / Short Sale market.

As a team we joined CENTURY 21 Almar & Associates in December of 2007 to further grow our careers in real estate.  In 2008 I split back out of our team and went out on my own in our North Port office.  In 2009 I obtained the emerald sales award from CENTURY 21 as well as the Quality Service award.

In June of 2010 I was offered a position as the North Port office sales manager and as a company recruiter.  This was a goal of mine from the beginning to manage a successful office and assist other agents in running profitable businesses for themselves.

Present:

Currently the sales manager at our North Port office, I have continually helped grow our listings and sales every month, and increase customer traffic.  I make a commitment to help each and every agent with our company to become successful and I vow to hold them accountable with regular meetings and discussions.  I offer a special one on one relationship to new agents to the business, acting as a mentor and helping them get their wheels off the ground without getting discouraged.  For experienced agents I am here to act as a coach and make sure that they are staying on track to meet their commitments that they have made to themselves, as well as coming up with new ideas to help tweak and improve their current business.  The sad fact is that most agents do not have broker/management support at their current offices nor do they have a business plan and many won’t realize how important these are until its too late.

Future:

My personal goal is to reach out and assist as many agents as I can to assist them in reaching their true potential, not just surviving the business, but thriving and growing their business.  I want to make sure that every agent out there has a business plan to follow and someone to hold them accountable to it.  I will help grow CENTURY 21 Almar & Associates to ensure we maintain our status as one of the top real estate companies in Southwest Florida.
