Have you ever heard the saying that "if you do what you love you never work a day in your life?"

Its not true, every job has things that make it feel like work but I truely love real estate and have since I was a child. 

I have the blessing and privilage of being able to work with my beautiful wife of 14 years Val Mayer who is also a full time agent with RE/Max One. She focuses on helping buyers while I love helping people sell their house.

Why Listings?

I was a lender for almost 5 years prior to becoming a Realtor® and I saw hundreds of transactions. I constantly saw people buy houses way below the appraised value. Sometimes it was a good thing for both sides and sometimes it was not. 

When it comes to your money and how much or little you will make on the sale of your home, you want someone who is caring and honest but also dead serious about getting you top dollar and protecting your interest throughout the contract period.

I have also studied influence and negociating skills and I use them to make sure you and your investment are protected.
