| To whom it may concern: I have the pleasure of working with Brian Ostrovski last year. I had contacted him in November 2011 advising him that I was interested in purchasing my first home. Brian took all my information and details about the type of home I wanted to look at. He then got me connected with an outstanding loan company. Within 2 days I had an appointment with a loan officer and was pre-qualified for a home loan. While I sitting in the loan officers office, Brian had called to verify that I had made my appointment and to discuss my pre-qualified amount. That evening Brian took me to see 2 homes that he thought I would be interested in. When we walked into the first home, he advised me that he thought I would like the second home better. We then went into the second home and he was correct. Brian took all the information that I had given him and showed me the perfect home for my family.
