It is a simple process to ensure that the home has its maximum chance to sell.  We offer our units for sale but we will also clean a home on your behalf for a fee.  Unlike many products that mask or cover a small, our units, remove the smell. 

Recently a couple could not list their $850,000 home because a sludge pump overfilled in their finished basement.  In addition a cat urinated on the unfinished concrete in the basement storage area.  They tried for 7 years to remove these smells using bleach, odor removers, anything they could try.  After placing one of our units in each area for a couple days, both smells are gone.  Now they can list their home.
