We were very impressed that she had sold this home so quickly and was so knowledgeable of the high end real estate market. A week later Brittney came to our home prepared with an extensive market analysis of our area and comparable homes. | "Back in November 2007, I was leaving Baton Rouge and had to sell my condo. I did not know Brittney at the time so I got another agent. In hindsight, I was putting my condo on the market at the onset of the recession. 14 long months later and my condo still did not sell. I ended up moving back to Baton Rouge and into my condo in February 2009. Later that same year, in November, I ended up moving yet again. I dreaded putting my condo back on the market with the memory of the 14 months still fresh in my mind. I found Brittney's website and contacted her to discuss my situation. Unlike my prior agent, Brittney did not just agree with me for the sake of doing so. She was very candid about the current market and encouraged me to list my condo at a more realistic price in order to maximize my chances of selling it sooner than later. I agreed to her advice but still prepared for what I believed to be the best case scenario of a 6 month wait. Less than 1 month later, I received an offer and we closed 3 weeks afterwards.
