We have a mostly referral business after 23 years selling real estate. We specialize in SE Broward County, particullarly East Hollywood and a community called Hollywood Lakes. In 2006, we had the most sales transaction sides in our area! That means we have more signs, more ads, and therefore more Buyers! We work very hard to present our listings to the market in a very broad way. We are on numerour web sites with our listings including Realtor.com, 360House.com, Obeo.com, Classicrealtygroup.com, Floridalivingnetwork.comand others. We use professional photographers to produce high quality photos and virtual tours which we post on all web sites and in the local Multiple Listing Service. We place ads in local newspapers, real estate magazines, hold Open Houses, and in general leave no stone unturned to sell our listings.
We are very active in our community. We are involved with the Hollywood Lakes Civic Association, The Hollywood Historical Society, Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and the Hollywood Art and Cultural Center. Kevin love golf, and plays to a 10 handicap. Kitty is a watercolor artist and often gives an oroginal watercolor painting as a closing gift. Kevin also has a wonderful singing voice and recently released a new CD of Sinatra songs! We love selling Real Estate, and we equally love our other activities. Life is Full!
