Greetings!

I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow, personally and professionally, and I believe that helps me keep a fresh perspective despite all the negative news that seems to loop constantly on the nightly TV news.

My experience managing several businesses, as a Realtor and active real estate investor has provided me with an analytical mind, yet a compassionate manner.  Working with clients, my goal is to make every effort to "see" what they are looking for from a successful real estate transaction, while at the same time counseling the clients to make sound decisions which match their goals, budget, and to avoid the problems and traps along the way.

 

Certifications

I enjoy working with home buyers and sellers in Littleton and the surrounding Denver area.  My client list includes first time buyers, move up buyers, investors and retirees looking to "right-size" their home after the children have grown and moved into homes of their own.  I have enhanced my experience and expertise in working with buyers through additional education and training including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) classes,  Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Home Rescue Expert (CHRE), NAR's Technology E-Pro Certification, and a certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), addressing with the specific needs and desires of the age 50+ Baby Boomer and beyond generations.

I also find working with sellers rewarding.  I have specialized in helping pre-foreclosure homeowners stop or avoid foreclosures, and earned a certification as a Foreclosure Intervention Specialist (FIS), including teaching classes to other agents and investors in the specifics of the Colorado foreclosure process and tips to help homeowners facing foreclosure. 

Of course, I also love to work with non-distressed home sellers, which is especially important when there is so much competition with bank owned REO"s and short sale properties.  Consulting on the importance of pricing a home correctly, marketing the home aggressively to attract the most buyers, staging the home in an appealing way for the best first impression, and strength in negotiating for a successful outcome are my strengths in getting homes sold quickly and with minimal hassle or surprise.
