OUR MOTTO: "Experience doesn't cost....It pays"
OUR MISSION: To help our clients find just the right home while they build or rebuild wealth through property ownership.
OUR PROMISE: WE are the team. We do not work with assistants. (We're really bad a delegating.) As a buyer or seller, you hire us and you get us! We'll never pass you over to someone else to finish the job.
FOR REALTORS®. When you refer your valued client to us, you can be assured that we will personally represent them. They will benefit from our 24 years of residential experience and expertise. We do however have an e-team comprising of lawyers, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, staging specialists, painters, landscapers, movers etc.
We service; Barrie. Innisfil. Angus. Essa. Thornton. Springwater. Oro Medonte. Aliston. Bradford. Newmarket. Aurora. Richmond Hill and surrounding areas.
We strive to offer an unparalleled quality of service and if you don't love us by the end of your transaction - then we have failed to do our job property. By-the-way, coming originally from the UK, we do have that slightly warped British sense of humor so we do like to have some fun along the way!
When buying, we'll find just the right home for our client. One that fits their lifestyle and their budget.
When selling, we use the latest computer technology along with a focused and proven marketing strategy to achieve an acceptable price in a reasonable time period.
We market and sell only RESIDENTIAL* properties - including vacation, water front, investment and *horse farms.
Our consistent award winning track record (since 1983) is well proven and completely unblemished. We are members in good standing of the Barrie & District Association Of REALTORS®. Toronto Real Estate Board. National Association Of REALTORS®. (NAR.) Certified International Property Specialists Network (CIPS.) She is also a past vice president of the Barrie & District Association Of REALTORS®. Director of the board. Finance chairwomen. Member of the computer and the professional standards committee. In 2007 we were voted "Top Choice" salespeople of the year - City Of Barrie and were featured in "Profiles Of Success" magazine. You can read our bio on our website www.moving-to-barrie.com.
Whether a first time buyer/seller or a seasoned veteran - a starter home or a luxury estate property, the quality of our service remains consistent. In fact if the client doesn't want or expect First Class Service they should not come to us!
We were among the first to offer a written Guarantee Of Service having used ours since 1984. We are very easy to reach and will usually return a call within minutes.
We're well experienced in corporate and military relocation or whether you're moving to or from another country, province or state, city or just across town. If the move is out of our area, we will put the client in contact with a well respected REALTOR® who will put the clients needs first - so that they will feel right at home even before they move there.
Beautiful Barrie - The Place We Call Home. So many families of all ages are moving here because the simple fact is "Barrie has got it right." It's such a great community and there's a real quality of life here. It's a perfect mix of young and old. We have a gorgeous lakefront and beautiful beach areas. You can sail, fish, enjoy great shopping, fine dining, excellent schools and live theatre. There's a superb hospital and brilliant recreational facilities. Being close to ski hills, numerous golf courses and hiking trails doesn't hurt either and it's a way better place for the children to grow up in than so many other areas. People are moving here from all over the Province. It's called an internal migration. There is just so much to do here. Toronto is about an hour to the south and beautiful Muskoka about and hour to the north. We have GO Train service from the south end of Barrie to Union Station in Toronto and The Park Place Lifestyle Centre on the old Molson site has started construction. The City of Barrie also has new plans for the lakefront and downtown business area and some of the new projects are already being developed. The plans can be seen at City Hall or on their website. Lower housing costs are another big reason to move here and there is a huge choice of homes in all price ranges, so you're sure to find just the right one for you. Not too long ago, a national newspaper reported that Mr Don R. Campbell President of the Real Estate Investment Network and author of several investment books and who has studied the Canadian investment market for some 15 years said "If I were going to invest my money in real estate anywhere in Ontario today I'd say that Barrie along with Kitchener-Waterloo would be my two top choices". On 25th June 2008 the Barrie Advance printed that Barrie is now ranked 4th in Canada on the MoneySense Magazine's list of the best places to buy real estate. It was placed behind Regina Saskatoon and Winnipeg who ranked at the top because of the economic boom in Western Canada and are picking up on the overflow from Calgary. The magazine looked at data from the 35 real estate markets tracked by CMHC and evaluated each on value, momentum and economic strength. Most other analysts agree that Barrie is a solid place to invest in.
