Brenda Santelises is a super energetic ball of fire! Speaking to the masses on essential topics such as "International Marketing", "Business Planning", "Overcoming Adversity", and "Social & Business Etiquette", she electrifies her audiences with a sense of "I have been there...", and an amazing engaging attitude of positive sunshine.

Once an intern to Congressman Bill McCollum in the late 80's, Brenda knew then she would be a voice for her community, a mentor for business entrepreneurs, as well as a role model for those reaching for the sky. Mrs. Santelises continued her leadership undertaking by joining the United States Air Force in 1992. During her medical and administrative military career; both as Active Duty and a Reservist; Brenda also continued her upper studies completing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration- International Real Estate.

In her 11 years Real Estate tenure, Brenda's experience ranges from international sales and travel to over 20 countries, to property management, and new home sales. She has captured audiences in countries such as Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Puerto Rico (where she was born); and as a Real Estate Executive, sold an average of $15 million dollars in sales volume per year. She has been featured in "Who's Who in International Real Estate", Channel 13 News of Central Florida, WPRD La Fantastica Orlando Spanish radio, Orlando Regional Realtor Association Publication, "La Prensa" newspaper, and national conventions, to name a few. Most recently, Mrs. Santelises was again chosen to speak at the annual national conference and expo for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). She will also speak at the national convention for the National Association of Realtors® in Las Vegas, NV in November 2007.

In her community, Brenda teaches volunteer High School classes with Junior Achievement, participates in her community's local elementary school PTA, and served as the Vice President (2005-2006) for the Orlando Chapter of NAHREP.

Mrs. Santelises is a motivational speaker & trainer, author, certified etiquette coach and founder of RED Key Internacional, LLC, as well as co-owner of RED Realty Enterprise & Development, based out of Orlando, Florida.
