Brian Sharkey is the founder of OnTrack Real Estate Skool, a coaching and accountability program built for real estate agents who want more structure, more consistency, and better results. At the center of Brian’s work is the OnTrack 12-Week Intensive, a structured program that combines Wednesday training and Friday coaching to help agents improve performance, strengthen habits, and create repeatable business-building routines. Brian’s coaching is grounded in real-world performance. While consulting with the Floyd Wickman Program, he took 11 listings in just 6 weeks, proving his ability to execute high-level sales systems under pressure. He later became a Floyd Wickman Trainer, where he built a reputation for teaching proven sales methods with energy, humility, and a genuine commitment to helping agents succeed.

Before real estate, Brian developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and performance. During Army basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, he was awarded “Soldier of the Year.” He also served 8 years in the Connecticut Army National Guard. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance from Southern Connecticut State University.
