Earl is an associate broker, licensed in DC, MD and VA. He has been serving the real estate community since 1991 and truly believes that service is the reason to be in this business. Earl operates as an "I" business, not as part of a team. Nothing against teams, but let's face it, accountability is a business requirement. There is no finger pointing when working with Earl - if it didn't get done, Earl didn't do it. Plain and simple.

"It'a All About Service" has been Earl's motto for years. Through effective communication, he works toward a team approach, always negotiating for a "win - win."   

As a businessman, Earl has defined success by the attainment of his client's goals. Anything short of total client satisfaction is simply not acceptable. Bearing that in mind, Earl provides a service guarantee that his clients understand from the outset. Again, accountability is important so services are documented, provided to the client on day one, and managed throughout the relationship. To date, no one has ever terminated an agency relationship based on Earl's failure to perform.  

Earl has earned industry designations as a CRS, GRI, SFR, and e-PRO and firmly believes in continuing education as a way to better serve his clients.
