| PLease allow me to tell the GREAT experience I had!! I wasted approx 9 months with a DIFFERENT realtor(I'm not kidding). As I drove around myself(as I had been doing for over 1 yr); I came across Miss Barbara VanderMeullen, after calling Mr. Andy Spears office. I was not able to purchase the home I called on, as I'm on a fixed income & 1st time homebuyer. Miss VanderMeulen & I looked at alot of properties. She found one that I liked in an area I liked, and I'm closing next month. Not only that, She emailed to me a listing of 25 properties (not provided by previous realtor). She was "professional" at 1st meeting, providing my own "personal" packet w/all properties we were going to see! A first for me!!! She really took the time w/me as I even researched on my own. SHE is all the above; and not only have I passed her name on to friends; but even to my family. I will hire her again!!!!!!!!!! |

| I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Andy Spears and his colleague Barbara VanderMeulen. Not only did we buy a home from them but we bought a home from them while we still live in New York. My husband and I were concerned about how it would be dealing with an agent(s) long distance and were pleasantly surprised by the constant updates and communications by Andy and Barbara. This constant contact through their advanced use of online and web tools including Skype and Facetime allowed us to "meet" and do a final "walk-through" from our home in New York! We would highly recommend this dynamic duo!! |

| We met Barbara at one of the first homes we looked at when moving to the area. She was not our realtor at the time but as soon as we met her we felt so comfortable. We decided to use Barbara as our realtor and it was a great decision. She worked hard to help us find a home within our price range and area that we wanted. She was upfront on every detail and answered every question we could ask. If she did not have the answer right away she would find out and get back to us as soon as possible. She was very professional and more than accommodating. If only one of us could view the house she would arrange to meet with us separately to view the house. She helped us with every step and became such a great help. If we decide to ever move we will be calling her to sell our home and to help us buy another one. She is great and we appreciated everything she did for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Barbara is a professional in every way. She was extremely responsive to all our inquiries and requests and skillfully handled the difficult negotiation and closing for the purchase of our condo. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything well smoothly and offered assistance throughout the process. Barbara is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her. |
