Get to Know Brett Villeneuve
Brett Villeneuve, a resident of the Valley since 1992, has teamed up with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Brett brings to the table over 15 years' experience in client relationships.
Brett moved to the Valley in 1985 and joined the U.S. Army in 1986, serving as a field medic until 1992. Upon leaving the service, Brett and his family moved to Fountain Hills where he owned the Villeneuve Insurance Agency. Upon selling the agency in 1999, Brett joined the corporate world as a Director of Customer Service and Sales for an Internet-based company in the Valley.
Brett and his wife Lisa have two daughters. Jessica graduated from FHHS and is serving in the U.S. Navy. Abby is currently a Senior at FHHS.

Certifications
I have turned most of my attention to the the first time home buyer. Having teamed up with Ron Kirk of Coldwell Banker Home Loans and using programs such as Ameridream and the Nehimiah program, we are doing all we can to assist people who have been renting an apartment to move into their own home. I also work with people in the move up market, but find myself drifting away from the luxury buyer.
