First, I consult with my clients to find out exactly what is most important to them, beyond the obvious when it comes to buying or selling Real Estate.
Second, I negotiate for them in order to save $$$ or make $$$ on the purchase or sale of their home.
Lastly, I oversee all the transactional details, from offer acceptance to the handing over of keys. During this process, I act as a traffic cop, directing up to 14 different vendors and coordinating their activities during the course of the escrow period.
So, as you can see I'm not in sales at all. I'm in the people business, always making sure they get from point "A" to point "B" safely.
I enjoy working with first time buyers, more often than not because of the level of excitement they have about the prospect of finally owning their own home, what ever their story was to that point.
When I tell my clients that they don't pay me a dime, and that I get paid by the seller you really have to see the look on their face. It's priceless. But seriously, I remind them that our goals are the same in that they want to buy a home and I want to help them do it. So we're really team building. With the clients desire and my expertise we can get the job done, provided they follow my guidance.
