In addition to having extensive knowledge in Northwest Indiana and Chicago south suburban markets, I always try to keep up with and adjust to any changes in the market.  I don't take a negative approach to any housing slumps, but rather work harder and be more creative in my marketing approach.  I use it as an opportunity to educate my clients on using this to their advantage and beating the odds.  I feel this attitude greatly helps my clients tremendously.
