| My wife and I want to thank Joan so much for all her hard work in the purchase of our wonderful new home. It has been quite a journey from working a bank owned property where Joan drove to the house before it was listed to find out what was going on and calling the bank! It was a very challenging deal she dealt with and we had only 17 days to close. WOW that was fast! Also, I want to thank Joan for enduring patience with all my questions, doubts, worries, she is a saint! This must have been one for her record books, chopped down trees, leaking roof, four legged critters of all types, well we will just take it all for a good laugh and enjoy our new home. | Wow, is all I can say! I met Joan at an open house on one of her listings and she made me feel so comfortable. Before I knew it, I was buying a home! Joan took care of helping me find a loan officer to get the loan for my home, and walked me through the entire process of buying a home. She was there for me 24/7.
