Coming from a background of property management, I have a positive attitude that nothing ever stops me. Graduate of the Leaders Choice program, Past Remax Presidents Club, CRS, BPOR, many educational classes including, technology, ethics, law, fair housing, staging, inspection process and more. Some say I have the patience of a Saint, maybe from driving a school bus and working with children of all ages for many years. Maybe it's from owning my own business. Seems that I have done very well working with first time buyers, or people who need help with credit issues. Respectfully, we want to make that dream a reality for them.
Specializing in residential homes, we sell everything from a $50,000 HUD home that needs tons of work, to high end million dollar homes. We are well rounded when it comes to real estate sales due to owning a construction business. Seems we do repairs or improvements on almost every home we sell.
