I feel very fortunate to be a 4th generation native of Door County and use my knowledge and experience with the area to best serve my clients in their purchase of property. Living near the border of Kewaunee County, I am also very familiar with the people and communities of Algoma and Kewaunee. I have a prior legal background as a Paralegal and am familiar with the legal aspects of title insurance, deeds, surveys and other real estate related documents, as well as have performed numerous closings in the past through HUD, VA and FHA entities.
As an accredited Buyer's Representative, I have been trained and met the strict criteria needed to earn this designation through the National Association of Realtors and find that I most enjoy working with Buyers who are new to the area or have decided to retire to this area where they have vacationed for many years. I have also been trained and have earned the designation as Resort and Recreational Specialist because of the recreational nature of Door and Kewaunee Counties.
