Carlie was born and raised in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Upon graduating high school at the age of sixteen, on a whim, Carlie decided to go to real estate school. She became a licensed Arizona REALTOR® the day following her eighteenth birthday.For the past ten years, Carlie has been intimately involved in the Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance industries and has extensive knowledge of each field. Prior to co-founding her real estate team, she was a branch manager at another mortgage brokerage in Scottsdale where she won many accolades as a top producer. She was in charge of operations, ranging from securing lead sources, establishing relationships with lenders, hiring loan officers, originating, processing, funding and closing. Carlie has built a strong reputation as a leader in the mortgage and real estate industries over the past 6 years, serving the lending needs of consumers throughout the United States, and gaining the well-deserved reputation for extraordinary customer service.

In order to be successful, Carlie believes that it is important to never quench your thirst for knowledge. Carlie is extremely detail-oriented and LOVES the paperwork! She is very tech-savvy and loves to keep up with the latest releases in the exciting world of technology!

Carlie is a member at Scottsdale Bible Church where she cherishes the relationships that she has built with the children in her Sunday School class. She is also a volunteer in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program of Central Arizona where she has been matched and grown a very strong bond with her “little sister” for the past seven years.

As a self–proclaimed workaholic, has little time to enjoy her hobbies. In her free time, you can find Carlie snowboarding in the winter, wakeboarding in the summer and riding motorcycles and dirt-bikes all year round. Carlie is the quintessential businesswoman and adrenaline junkie.
