My specialty is working with customers from a distance. Most of my customers are in states and countries far from Venice Florida. I give special attention to their needs and concerns regarding the properties they are interested in. In a number of cases I previewed the properties for my customers and gave detailed information about the homes to they where interested in long before they could come and see the property for themselves. A number of these people purchased their properties without even seeing them based on my honest and detailed description, pictures and video clips.
