My goals as a realtor are to meet as many needs of my clients as possible. I achieve this by attaining as a lot of education and surrounding myself with amazing professionals that are also able to help meet my clients' needs..
I have many designations in order to better enable me to serve my clients. For example I have my GRI Designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), my SRES Designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES) , my ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), my ASP Designation (Accredited Staging Professional) and also have my broker's license in both Virginia and West Virginia. I feel education helps me meet my clients' needs..
I pride myself on being well versed in buyers, sellers and investors needs and am able to discuss many of their real estate options. I pride myself on having a list of awsome people to refer my friends, family, and associates to.
I have training in anaylzing my client's needs. I pride myself on constantly attending courses to help answer my clients questions. I try to discuss the financial real estate options for each and every client. Is my client in a position to purchase her or his first home? If not how can I help my client position herself or himself in such a way to make this dream a realty? Is it best for my Seller to sell his or her home or would it be better to keep this property as an investment? Is my client ready for a second home? Should this be a second home or an investment property? Is my client eligible to do a 1031 Tax Exchange? I keep abreast of how these work. I also have done several short sales and am able to help my clients with these.
