We will share the market plan with you. You will have the most recent information on trends in home enhancement and best basic information about what buyers expect when they are buying a home. I have access to proven, tested vendors who can help with home repairs, flooring, plumbing, moving companies etc, many of whom offer discounts to Coldwell Banker clients...for life.  A weekly written report on activity on your home as well as in the market will be emailed to you and I will personally call you within 24 hours of a showing to provide feedback from the buyers who viewed your home.
