Hi, I'm Carole Jacoby, a full-time/full-service Residential Specialist owner/broker of Carole Jacoby & Co. Real Estate in Fresno, California. Raised and educated in the Fresno and Clovis area, I am familiar with every neighborhood, builder and school in our area. Schools
Fresno County has 196 public elementary schools, 38 public middle school campuses, and 34 public high school sites. This includes the highly ranked Clovis Unified School District. There are also several private school options in the area.
Fresno is home to California State University, Fresno, and Fresno Pacific University, as well as the State Center Community College District, which has campuses in Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Oakhurst and Reedley. San Joaquin College of Law is located in Clovis, and there are several technical colleges in the region.

Fresno County is just a short drive from three national parks – Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia - and centrally located between the Bay Area and Southern California. A three-hour drive will get you to the beaches, and our ski resorts are just two hours away.
Our communities feature many lakes nearby, from Millerton Lake just a few short minutes’ drive away to Bass and Shaver Lakes and Pine Flat Reservoir, which are all less than an hour from Fresno or Clovis. All of these destinations are ideal for fishing, boating, water skiing or picnicking. The nearby destinations also feature many hiking trails.
Old Town Clovis features many events throughout the year, including Big Hat Days and the annual Clovis Rodeo in April, weekly Farmers Markets throughout the summer, the Electric Children’s Parade in December and many other antique and collectible weekends throughout the year.
The Central Valley is rich in the diversity of its people, cultures and crops. Fresno, the county seat, is a thriving metropolitan area with a population of half a million, and Fresno County is approaching one million residents. Yet the community still retains much of its small-town heart and features a thriving cultural arts scene.
Fresno Yosemite International Airport provides direct access to many domestic travel destinations, and direct flights to Hawaii and Mexico.
