 Carole L. Shields was born to be a Realtor and has been in the real estate business for more than ten years. She has sold homes in both Alabama and Louisiana.  Prior to real estate Carole enjoyed a successful career as a retail manager.

Carole graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Retail Management and Marketing.  She then earned her masters in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Tulane University.

Alton C. Shields is a former food industry executive with over twenty years of training, management and leadership experience in the manufacturing and restaurants. Alton aslo has a background in commericial real estate that spans more that fifteen years with a primary focus on restaurant & retail site development.

 Alton is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering, and also attended graduate school at Lousiana State University where he concentrated his studies in Marketing.
