I am an active full time agent that stays involved in the communities in which I work.  I recently received my short sale designation since that is the trend of the market and you can never have too much information to be able to get through to the banks that are holding the inventory!!

I sit on the board of Montgomery County Partners for Home Ownership.  This gives us up to the minute inforamtion on what grants and programs are available for clients within county and townships.  We also have expanded our mission to help home owners remain in their homes when life takes that left turn!!

I am a single Mom with 6 kids that keep me hopping and grounded.  I learn more from them most days than they could possiblylearn from me!!

I have been an active full time agent for over 10 years and have experienced many different types of transactions and issues that come up with them!  I am called the "closer" in our office, because not one of my transactions has failed---maybe stumbled and slight delays, but we get the job done!
