Carroll Bostic is a native of the Boston, MA area and is currently a Broker Associate managing the South Florida Branch of The Realty Factor, Inc. whose parent company is Financial Advisors International.  She holds masters degrees in education and in the Science of Management from Antioch and Purdue Universities.   At Purdue she majored in business with a focus on marketing. Her early career included 23 years employed by the Eastman Kodak Company in marketing and sales working in a total of 28 states in various positions ending her Kodak career lobbying for the company in Washington DC. Her real estate career began in 1995 at a Century 21 franchise in Virginia and includes owning a real estate brokerage in Florida from 2002-2006. Her passion is recruiting entrepreneurs in the real estate and financial services industry who want to cross train and refuse to participate in a recession. Her clients have named her "the hardest working woman in real estate".
