We moved to Colorado in 1983 when Carrie was 20 and Kathy 18 and have spent far more time here then in New York where we were born or California where we grew up.
Carrie lives in Morrison, Colorado the home of the Red Rocks Ampitheatre. Morrison is located in Jefferson County where Carrie has lived since 1983.
Kathy has lived in Highlands Ranch since 1988.
We both come from a background of public service. Carrie worked for the City of Lakewood Colorado for 22 years in their Municipal Court, the last 12 as the Chief Court Clerk managing the Court Clerk's office. Kathy spent 10 years working for the Lakewood Colorado Police Department and 10 years working for the Littleton Colorado Fire Department running their offices and keeping the police and fire fighters in line!! We chose a career in Real Estate several years ago and find that the many and varied skills we learned serving the public translate well to this business.
In 2009 Carrie achieved two designations. First she became an ABR or Accredited Buyer's Representative. Then she pursued and achieved her SRF or Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation. Both courses were fantastic and Carrie's delighted she can add these designations to our business.

I just wanted to send a BIG thank you for all that you did during our home buying/selling process. I truly believe that had it not been for you -our closing would never have happened on time! It took a village to get the borrower's loan moving and you were the village!!
Thank you for your expertise, great referrals (lender and roof) and all that you did!

We are thankful every day that we met you "by chance" at that open house. The Sampron Sisters were exactly the team we needed to find the perfect home

“Kathy and Carrie Sampron were the greatest real estate "team" we've had the pleasure to work with. They're efficient, fast, knowledgeable and caring. They worked extremely hard to market our home and enabled us to sell it in 30 days, which is almost unimaginable in today's market. They have extensive knowledge of the Westridge Knolls neighborhood and used that knowledge to our benefit. These ladies rock!”

“My wife and I sincerely enjoyed working with Kathy. She brought a high degree of professionalism and felt that she put our interests first. Her real estate experience helped us through the buying process and made the job of purchasing a new home an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend using her for all of your real estate needs.”

They are VERY honest and trustworthy, we were 110% satisfied with their performance, and yes, we will be using them again (probably as early as next week).
They were very considerate of our budget, needs, and wants when looking for a home to show us. In the past we worked with a realtor who would show us anything, no matter how far off from our needs / wants it was, in hopes of selling a house. You won't have that with either of these ladies. I'm going to guess that we looked at around 15 houses with them (not including the many that they researched and discussed with us, without a physical showing) before finding the one we purchased.
We were bidding on a bank foreclosure which needed a lot of work but would have worked really well for our family, and Kathy and Carrie both brought in their own resources to present bids to the bank in order to get them to lower the price. They have both great negotiating skills, vast knowledge of the business and of homes, and lots of common sense. They provided documentation to show the bank how much money in would cost us to make the home safe and livable. When the bank wouldn't lower the price as much as we'd hoped, Kathy and Carrie were not afraid to advise us to walk away from the house, as we'd be putting more money into it than we had budgeted and probably would not see a return on the investment. Our past realtor would NEVER have advised us to walk away from a sale that would have resulted in a larger commission for her, but the Sampron sisters consistently put our best interest ahead their own. It was no fault of Kathy or Carrie that the bank didn't lower to the price we were hoping, as we were asking for a very large reduction and the "bank people" didn't have the common sense that our realtor(s) do. [Example: The home needed new windows throughout; many upstairs were broken and wouldn't stay open, or were broken and wouldn't open. This is an obvious safety issue, but the bank didn't agree. Their suggestion, in case of a fire, was that our (small) children could just break a window. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.]
