Hi, my name is Cary M Engelhardt - you can just call me Cary. I have been in the real estate industry for a little over 5 years and have gone to as many educational classes as possible. I keep up to date, this means more classes, as to what is happening in our marketplace. I have my GRI designation and speak fluent German and a little Spanish as well. I am located in South Florida's Treasure Coast - which if you have never been in my area it's the Sailfish Capitol of the World - Yes The World!. I currently specialize in the infamous Short Sales and am a pro in finding the right home at the best price for buyers in 2 days or less. I like short sales only because it gives a little relief to the seller and I know the process so well on both the bank and the sellers sides.

I am extremely motivated in the business and love it. It's not just a job to me but a passion. I love working with people, most of them at least - ha ha ha (did I mention honest too?), and do everything in my power to ensure that they are and will be happy in their very serious investment. I am always looking for new ideas in marketing so I am always open and am hungry for knowledge. I believe that most answers we seek are out there we just have to be patient and listen.
