I am sure that many of you have heard of all the turmoil and upheavel in the mortgage and real esate market.  While the news likes to focus on the negative side of things, they don't focus on the huge opportunity available to investors right now.  

As  investors, We see a lot of opportunity in the local real estate markets to pick up lots of local properties at 75% or less of Current Market Values!  Our practice is swamped right now!

We are currently working on several deals that We are looking for outside investors on.  I wanted to reach out to you to see if you know of someone who might be upset with how their IRA, 401k, CD, or savings account is underperforming?  We have several opportunities for someone to step in as a private investor and earn an ABOVE AVERAGE RATE OF RETURN on a short term (6 months to 3 years) loan. 

All of our transactions are closed with attorneys or title companies and my lenders are secured with:

Low loan to Value (nothing higher than 75%)

1st Lien Holder

Deed of Trust

Home Owners Insurance

Title Insurance
