As a Seattle native I graduated from Ballard High School in 2004, Shoreline Community College (Associates Degree) in 2005 and the University of Washington in 2008. I was priveledge to be able to participate in the running start program which allowed me to get a jump start on my college career by taking classes at S.C.C and transferring to the University of Washington. Aft the UW I participated in three study abroad programs where I lived in Rome & Marzi (studying Italian language & culture) as well as traveling all over Italy. My favorite thing I did while in Italy was teach 75 italian children english through songs, games & other activities & before my departure I was awarded with a certificate thanking me for volunteering my time in the small Italian community I was living in. Shortly thereafter I moved to Scarborough, England where I studied dance, drama & literature at the University of Hull, Scarborough Campus. After three years at the University of Washington I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English: Creative Writing, Bachelor of Arts: Women Studies & Bachelor of Arts: Drama.

Post-Graduation I spend my free time supporting local theatres by going to  shows & volunteering, I take dance classes & I try not to lose my ability to speak Italian by taking classes through the Dante Alighieri Society. I hope to return to Italy in the not too distant future & explore more of northern Italy & after that start looking to explore other countries!
