| "Cathleen was very helpful she really took the time to understand what we wanted in our new home. She also took the time to make sure we sold our other house for the best market price. She took the time to bring in stagers to make sure our old house showed well on the market. Let me tell you how well that went, she staged the house and we painted the kids room so she came by on a Thursday to look at the work we had done then told her we where going out of town that weekend she asked if she could do a open house? So we said ok but the house hadn't been listed yet. On the way home she gave me a call and said we might been getting an offer on Monday. We did get it on Tuesday, so then we had to find our new home faster. But again she know what we wanted so Cathleen took the wife to see some homes and I think about one and half week later we where making a offer on our new house. Everyone I tell on how fast we sold and bought a house they can't believe it but it's true. I didn't know that selling and buying a house could be so easy and this was our 4th home we had purchased. One other note we bought the house a little over a year she still stays in contact and is still concern about us that's really neat." Thanks Cathleen! |
