SHORT BIO CATHERINE FLEISHMAN

Catherine Fleishman grew up in Manila, Philippines and was an entrepreneur at a very early age of her business life. Catherine managed and operated a family owned business, Management Research Institute (MRI), a government contractor in Bethesda, Maryland. At MRI, Catherine was project and contract manager on numerous high level government contracts for federal and state government agencies at the local and national level. Most of her business career has been in real estate and mortgage industry. Her advanced mortgage experience led to the packaging of GNMA pool mortgages for sale to the secondary market, and preparing investor reports to FNMA. License since 1985, she has extensive experience recruiting and training real estate agents. Catherine now is the managing broker with Nextage Realty International for the states of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Armed with valuable experience and inner knowledge of the real estate investment marketplace, and possessing exceptional people skills, Catherine has joined the Elite Team to continue making strategic efforts to bring buyers and sellers to the closing table. Catherine resides in Rockville, Maryland.
