Stephen Khan is a Loan Officer at Amerifirst Financial, an Arizona Mortgage Banker working for Amerifirst Financial which was started in Arizona more than 20+ years ago and remains locally owned to serve local families.

• Stephen started his mortgage career with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the East Valley area of Phoenix and he continues to enjoy assisting clients with their home mortgage needs from the Gilbert office of Amerifirst Financial, Inc.
• Stephen likes to work with both existing home owners on their mortgage refinance as well as potential homebuyers on their upcoming home purchase because each scenario comes with its own challenges and rewards. Most of Stephen’s clients who obtained their first home loan with Stephen become long term clients and find that they do multiple loans with him as they move up to a larger home or purchase a second home or investment property.
• The mortgage markets are changing constantly and because of this mortgage clients should consider their mortgage loan officer as one of their trusted financial advisors. Stephen maintains an open door policy with all of his clients both past and present. He strives to keep the lines of communication open with his clients. This all so he can advise them at any point in time if an opportunity presents itself to take advantage of shifts in interest rates allowing clients to save money and improve one’s mortgage position.
• Stephen is a graduate of the University of Redlands in Redlands, California and he received his MBA from the Thunderbird Business School in Glendale, Arizona. A fun fact about Stephen’s early career is that he was fortunate to be able to live and work abroad in England, Germany, and Austria. As a result he loves to travel, especially internationally when time allows
