| I am a Mortgage Underwriter with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. For the past 10 years, I have worked and lived in the Phoenix, AZ area. In June, I accepted an underwriting position in Lake Mary, FL to begin August 2, 2014. As this was to be a life changing move for my husband and I, we decided that we would purchase a home as soon as possible after my move. We started looking at what was available on line on sites like Zillow and realtor.com. While looking at a particular home in Lake Mary, we were put in touch with Christian. I explained to him that due to a broken shoulder, I would not be arriving in Lake Mary until August but we were definitely interested in purchasing a home once I arrived. I provided him with our must haves and our wish list. Christian, of his own accord, provided me with an update list of available properties to match my criteria once a week. He never failed to greet me with a personal touch and ask me if there was anything else he could do to assist us. Towards the end of July I said to him the job of finding us our dream home was his if he wanted it. He quickly accepted. My first weekend in Florida, my husband, was with me as he had driven across country with me. Christian set up homes for us to look at based on the ones we had located on line that we wanted to see. Although none of those first homes worked out, Christian assured us he would find us our dream home. Long story short, after several weeks of us providing him update lists of home we found, with him researching them and determining which would qualify for the FHA loan we were pre-approved for thanks to him, he did indeed find us our dream home. We closed in 30 days without ANY hiccups. As a Senior Mortgage Underwriter, I know enough about our industry to know that this transaction should have been a lot more difficult and stressful than it was. Thanks to Christian and Michael Floyd at Town and Country Mortgage, the only stress during this process was my own impatience. Christian Bardsley is an absolute asset to your organization. He is the consummate professional and gentlemen. He worked to make sure I was always informed and comfortable with the transaction. He was always available to answer any of my countless silly questions that my impatience brought up and he always did so with a smile. I will be singing his praises to anyone and everyone.
