My family has invested in residential and commercial real estate in Dallas County and its eastern neighbors for decades.  Growing up I was fascinated by the people I met and what there was to learn about the area growing up around me.  I learned the importance of balancing careful due diligence with timely execution of purchasing and selling real estate in various market conditions.  Later I decided to apply my personal experience and interest in people by becoming a residential realtor.  Today I manage the sale and purchase of homes the best way: by getting it right from the from the beginning!  For buyers I start the search for a home by fully and quickly understanding their expectations and interests.  Then I merge my knowledge of the area and market conditions with tools such as the Multiple Listing Service in a unique way that quickly identifies excellent properties.  I have an available, extensive database of individuals and businesses including lenders and investors who have direct relationships with me and have assisted sellers and purchasers.  When I manage the sale or purchase of a home I call upon my all of my resources, experience, knowledge, and natural appreciation for the aesthetic to skillfully meet or exceed the expectations of purchasers and sellers of real estate.  I look forward to managing the effort to find the right buyer for your home or to find the right house that fits your criteria to make it your new home.
