Carl Cardarelli is an accomplished Mortgage Banking professional.  For more than 15 years, Carl has dedicated his business in service to his clients and professional relationships.  Carl attributes his success to his extensive experience in Private Client services for Fortune 500 companies, thereby, affording him the business acumen required to establish himself as a trusted advisor. 

A native Californian, Carl achieved his Marketing Degree at San Jose State University.  Throughout his college career, Carl’s passion was the psychology of sales and marketing strategies to grow branding and business development.

Raised in the Real Estate industry, Carl’s early years were spent helping his Father grow his Real Estate business as a Century 21 Realtor.   Every weekend he would roller-skate door to door passing out the Gold Marketing Note Pads.  With great fondness, Carl’s early memories of his Father’s Gold Century 21 Blazer brings great pride in his dedication to his community and helping families achieve the American Dream of home ownership.  Needless to say, this dedication served as inspiration for Carl in his chosen profession.
