Get to Know Christina Cleary
After over 5 years of working on the Administration end of Real Estate, I decided to finally get my license and use all the great information I have learned over the years from the areas top agents. I have worked for Weichert Realtors Prospect Hill for over 2 years and feel extremely fortunate to be a part of this wonderful team that John and Melissa Petsco have worked so hard to build. I am truly blessed. We employ the latest technologies to help our clients and customers with all their real estate needs. We have several programs that are only available to us because we are associated with Weichert Realtors. Our broker, John Petsco has put in place services that are also utilitized by a mere 8% of the agents in this nation. Luckily, I am one of those 8%. We pride ourselves on our Professionalism and Integrity. Our broker has over 20 years experience in the local Real Estate market which means that I am backed by YEARS of experience and service. I specialize in the areas on the Eastern North Shore of Long Island. A few of the towns are Rocky Point, Sound Beach, Ridge, Shoreham, Wading River, Baiting Hollow and Riverhead. My office is the most Eastern on Long Island and I live in the most Eastern location of all the agents in my office. I LOVE where I live and love helping buyers and sellers in the area.
Now just a little about me....
I have lived in Rocky Point for over 10 years and I am quite familiar with the surrounding areas. I have been married to my High School sweetheart for 17 years and am the proud Mother of a 15 year old honor student who attends the Rocky Point School District. My family and I have been involved with the Fresh Air Fund and are currently very involved in the Rocky Point Rotary Club's Youth Exchange Program. My daughter spent 6 weeks in Australia this summer and we are awaiting the arrival of our Australian Exchange student. We are also the host family for 3.5 months for a full year exchange student from German. I feel that understanding the people and the world around you makes this a nicer planet to live on. Accepting each person for their uniquness and differences is key to a happy world.

I work with many seniors to find them affordable ways of staying on our beautiful Island even though the cost of living has risen. I also help them get the most for the properties they list with me.
