I am a native of Baton Rouge making me familiar with this area and the surrounding parishes. I have been a licensed REALTORâ since 1995 and a consistent multi-million dollar producer. I have been involved in the marketing of three subdivision communities in the Greater Baton Rouge area. I currently am the exclusive marketing agent for Baton Rouge’s most exciting new planned community, The Preserve at Harveston.
Prior to becoming an active agent I assisted my husband in our construction company. My involvement in the building industry for the past thirty four years has made me knowledgeable about homes, home construction, timelines and technology.
Over the last thirty four years I have personally sold and moved more than twenty one times with my family. With this experience I feel I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about the local real estate market, alternate ways of working around problems, skills to help people feel at ease and the ability to communicate and effectively represent my clients.
I have also had the opportunity to work with many of the affiliates in the Baton Rouge market both as a consumer and as a professional. As a result, I have developed a strong affiliate base with lenders, title companies, repairmen, etc. that can provide the quality of service that best represents my client’s interests.
