| We have not yet purchased or sold our house with Charity. However we will be using her for all realty transactions in the very near future. What impressed us was even though we arent ready to move, or sell, until next spring, Charity booked an appointment with us to see what she should start looking for, but she also gave us knowledge on our house we will be selling. My wife and I have enjoyed working with her. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. She doesnt have the pushy tendency, nor does she impose any type of pressure. | Charity is welling to go out and help. When I was not able to go and take a look at a house she went and looked at it for me and let me know if it was worth for me looking at. Charity is willing to meet me and do the driving no matter where the house is located at. |
