I started my career as a salesperson in 1981 after doing some property management, soon thereafter became a top producing agent at a large regional real estate company with over 15 offices ranking in the top 20% of the sales associates; nine years later I was managing one of the offices.

1993 saw my return to sales at George Realty, a local independent real estate office where I also ranked in the top 10% of the sales agents; nine years later I became the office manager of Coldwell Banker George Realty where I recruited over 150 new agents, trained, motivated and coached a sales force of 150 agents.

2006 I moved to NorthStar Real Estate Group as a Selling Manager where I supervise a team of 20 experienced real estate agents, brokers and investors; always serving clients mainly in the San Gabriel Valley Area of Los Angeles County.

2008 Back listing and selling at Dilbeck Realtors in South Pasadena.

In October of 2008 I came back home to Coldwell Banker George Realty where I manage a group of 180 Sales professionals.
