Cheryl is a licensed Realtor in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with 18 years of experience. In 2012 she was Prudential’s top selling Steamboat agent. She also earned the Chairman’s Gold Circle award, which goes to the top 3% of all Prudential agents in North America by sales volume.
Cheryl graduated from Regis College in Denver, Colorado, before starting her career in real estate. Cheryl first worked for a real estate software company in Oregon and became their top salesperson. In 1996 Cheryl and her husband Dan moved to Steamboat Springs for the "one" winter; seventeen years later, Cheryl, Dan and their three children Jackson, Josephine and Aklilu still call Steamboat home.
Cheryl has been involved with many facets of the real estate market for over 17 years, including timeshare, fractional ownership and traditional real estate. In 1995, Cheryl shifted her focus back to residential sales. Watching the Steamboat Springs real estate market shift with a significant amount of Bank-Owned properties and Short Sales, Cheryl went back to school and is now the most accredited broker in Steamboat Springs for distressed property, holding nearly 10 Certifications in this specialty area.

| There are at least three things I like about Cheryl Foote, based on our recent closing of our town home: I like her ‘impatient’ get-it-done personality. I like her keeping us informed via text, email and phone. Realtors buy and sell property every day; and I do it once in 15-years; I really appreciated her ‘hand-holding’ and guidance, especially since I am detail oriented. I like her understanding of our desires and only showing us properties that were real candidates. I like her working almost 24-hours a day to keep this on track with everyone’s crazy schedules. I liked her taking the time to show the property again to our son, Danny. Well maybe there are more than 3 things. |
