Since 1996, I've originated thousands of residential mortgages in Minnesota to satisfied borrowers. I credit my clients, realtors and business partners for this accomplishment. I will continue to help clients with the smoothiest process possible for their mortgage despite the ever changing mortgage market.
As an active real estate investor, I've been a principal in hundreds of residential properties in the Minneapolis/St Paul area since 1998. The current real estate and lending environment has led to the launch of our pilot program: CD10. CD10 aims to assist home buyers who do NOT qualify for traditional mortgage financing to purchase a home using a contract for deed with common sense terms.
I love football, basketball, golf and playing (or watching) my 3 boys in the many sports they participate in. Along with my wife Janet, we enjoy traveling and meeting new people.
