    My name is Charles Bennett and I have been a Realtor since March 1995. I am 59 years of age and with the exception of the four years I served in the Air Force I have resided in Tarrant County the whole time. I know Fort Worth and the surrounding cities like the back of my hand. I consider myself very computer literate. I have helped clients as far away as Ubon Thailand and Lyon France. I help people everyday in all corners of this great nation, and I can help you too.

   I have found that a sense of humor is a definite plus in this business. Some Realtors think you have to be adversarial right from the start. I disagree totally. I approach every transaction as a chance to help two parties accomplish their real estate goal. There is no doubt about it this business is fraught with toils and snares. If it weren't, there would be no need for Realtors.  However, getting snappish when a problem arises is counter-productive. If you are old enough to buy or sale a home then you know, that as in all aspects of life, the one that keeps a cool head is usually the one that prevails.

    If you are thinking of buying or selling a home you owe it to yourself to give me twenty minutes of your time. That's all it takes to determine if we could work together. That's right; I don't take everyone's business. I've done that in the past and it was like poking myself in the ear with an ice pick. I no longer represent someone until I get an idea of how good their word is, what their business philosophy is and if I trust them. Discriminating?
