Over the years Charles has helped numerous clients including first time home buyers, investors, and lenders navigate the process of purchasing and selling residential real estate. Charles is a graduate of Florida A&M University and brings several years of project management experience to the real estate process, ensuring that time tables and deliverables are met throughout your transaction. Charles has extensive foreclosure experience that includes the listing of REO properties and assisting purchasers in acquisition of bank/lender owned properties.
