This is what I have found by informally polling past clients and potential customers throughout the 13 years that I have been a mortgage loan officer.

Experience: I have a Bachelor's Degree in finance from Westminster College and have been attentively following the bond market (which drives interest rates) for over a decade. Options and Rates: We are approved to do business with over 35 banks. In reality, these days most of them offer the exact same programs and loan options. However, some specialize in certain areas and we know what banks are good at what programs. We really only work with about 5 of those banks on a regular basis, because we know that they team well with us so that we can provide reliable service and offer unbeatable rates.
